He founded his brokerage with a daring specialisation and a grand vision—to showcase the potential success of any company and address—including its current location.
This approach was both bespoke and boutique, requiring a dedicated team of experienced brokers, space analysts, researchers, and detail-driven client support.

Shimi Morekure’s success as a commercial broker comes down to three things: strong people skills, sharp business acumen, and a passion for problem-solving.
Shimi brings 13 years of specialised experience in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate in South Africa, with particular expertise in tender processes.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce focused in Economics and Econometrics (University of Johannesburg), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Development and Management (Witwatersrand University) which collectively helps to make forecasts in the Real Estate industry and have a long-term vision for clients and their industry, making him a prominent voice and expert in real estate forecasts and long-term business development for clients.

Bonolo Gueye has been in the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Industry for over 21 years.
Her journey into the world of commercial property started at JHI, followed by a tenure at Investec and then Growthpoint Properties, where she led the National Leasing Team until 2015. Each opportunity refined her expertise in deal-making and negotiation, making her a formidable and respectable advocate in every business transaction.

When it comes to commercial real estate in South Africa, Brendon Sinclair has every corner covered.
With over 10 years of experience as Business Development Manager in the Corporate Office, Hospitality, and Retail industries, Brendon is professionally qualified in Property Valuations through CPUT 2019 and as a project manager through WITS Business School.
He attended the University of Witwatersrand for property investment and processes and is now finishing Property Valuation studies through Cape Point University.
An associate of BASE Workplace Solutions, Brendon supports Noordman clients by designing space layouts and allocations for optimal performance and outcomes.

As the office manager of Noordman + Associates, she ensures efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations, team support, customer experience, marketing initiatives, corporate client proposals, landlord interactions, and brand enhancement.
